- 30g dark chocolate
- 70g milk chocolate
- 150g hazelnut butter
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- 1 teaspoon water
- 35g icing sugar
- 90g Oreo biscuits
- 150g dark chocolate
- 30g blanched hazelnuts, crushed
مراحل تهیه
- Line a baking sheet with a nonstick baking mat or parchment paper.
- Melt the dark and milk chocolate together in a heatproof bowl over barely simmering water.
- Dissolve the instant coffee powder in water.
- Add the hazelnut butter, coffee, and icing sugar and combine.
- Remove the cream inside the Oreo cookies, crush 90g of the biscuits in a food processor.
- Gradually add the crushed biscuits to the chocolate and mix well.
- Melt 150g dark chocolate over barely simmering water. Add the crushed hazelnuts to the chocolate and mix.
- Take 15g from the chocolate mixture, form into a ball, roll in the chocolate and hazelnut, coat completely.
- Place over the baking tray until set.
