مواد لازم

  • 30g dark chocolate
  • 70g milk chocolate
  • 150g hazelnut butter
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 35g icing sugar
  • 90g Oreo biscuits
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 30g blanched hazelnuts, crushed

    مراحل تهیه

  • Line a baking sheet with a nonstick baking mat or parchment paper.
  • Melt the dark and milk chocolate together in a heatproof bowl over barely simmering water.
  • Dissolve the instant coffee powder in water.
  • Add the hazelnut butter, coffee, and icing sugar and combine.
  • Remove the cream inside the Oreo cookies, crush 90g of the biscuits in a food processor.
  • Gradually add the crushed biscuits to the chocolate and mix well.
  • Melt 150g dark chocolate over barely simmering water. Add the crushed hazelnuts to the chocolate and mix.
  • Take 15g from the chocolate mixture, form into a ball, roll in the chocolate and hazelnut, coat completely.
  • Place over the baking tray until set.
