Samira’s International Cookbook, on the Shortlist of Gourmand Book Awards

Samira’s International Cookbook, a cookbook containing 172 international recipes written by Samira Janatdoust, has been identified by the jury of Gourmand Book Awards 2015, on the shortlist to compete with books of other countries participating in Yantai for the Book of the Year award.

Citing the creative design, production quality, inventive concepts and distribution in many languages as key components to Gourmand 'masterpieces'.

The largest competition of its kind in the world, this is a huge event for food culture and an even bigger event for cook books, the Gourmand World Cookbook awards this year had over 205 countries participating.

Since their inception 15 years ago, The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards have been honoring the best food and wine books.

In Samira’s International Cookbook, Samira Janatdoust offers more than 170 food and flavors from around the world in 400 illustrated pages, celebrating the best flavors from around the globe, including chapters on appetizers, soups, salads, main courses, kebabs, seafood, Italian, French, and Asian cuisines.
