In the Second Series of Paniz Free Training Courses, Jannatdoust Hosted Her Books’ Readers

The second series of Paniz annual free courses was held before the Persian New Year. These courses met a great reception and 2200 women, interested in culinary arts attended the classes.

 

Samira Jannatdoust, the author of culinary books held these free courses as a gift to her institute’s subscribers.

 

These classes, instructed by Samira Jannatdoust herself, were held from February 22 till February 27 with more than 2200 Paniz subscribers.

 

Hamidreza Khanpour, the manager of Tehran Technical and Vocational Education Organization was one of the experts visiting these courses.

Khanpour, pleased by organizing such workshops, presented some suggestions and said:

“The Technical and Vocational Education Organization always welcomes and supports such activities.”

The readers of Paniz books had a chance to learn the preparation of a chocolate, a cookie, and a muffin in these 3 hour classes and visited the author of Paniz books in person and ask their questions.

 

It must be noted that the attenders showed great interest to Samira Jannatdoust’s new edition: Paniz Modern Cooking.

 

She believes holding these classes not only provides the opportunity for audience feedback, but also reveals the next trails of her publications.
